Of course, there are many fun moments on Footsteps to Destiny- God is a fun God, He is joy and He wants us to enjoy life!
I really experienced a moment of having fun and feeling like a little child. We arrived at Merry Pebbles in the afternoon, and there was a fun moment after setting up camp where Nicola, Ester, Danny, Quinien, Jess, Caitlin, myself and a few others were sitting on the grass. We had just set up camp in (our) record time, so naturally everyone was just full of energy and having fun.
We sat on the lush grass (a bit of an upgrade from Manyeleti’s dusty ground) and chatted. Quinien then started to show some of us how to do handstand walks. We then progressed to doing headstands and ended up with cartwheels. It was such a fun time, running in the grass barefooted and having just a lekker time.
