We are taught that to walk in God’s divine healing for out lives, we must also do our part to keep ourselves healthy.
Conditioning is something that I never thought that I would really do, but now it is such a joy to me and I almost can’t wait to put on my tekkes or cleats for a run or ride!
We were blessed with having an awesome time at Timbavati Game Reserve in Hoedspruit. Here we began to integrate with each other and build relationships with our fellow MiXchanger and the A-team.
This was an adventure across the Northern Cape from the Namaqualand flowers, to the Richtersveld bordering Namibia.
Even more spectacular than the landscapes were the encounters that we had with God and with each other on this 16-day tour.
